Apostolis Dimitropoulos

f. Secretary General for Higher Education at the Greek Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs

Dr Apostolis Dimitropoulos has teaching, research and policy making experience on higher education. He has worked at the Greek Ministry of Education and the Greek Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. As an external expert he has cooperated with the European Commission and UNESCO. He has supervised a series of research studies on Greek education at the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE). He has taught on higher education policy and administration of educational institutions at the Hellenic Open University, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and Marasleio Didaskaleio. He has served as Secretary General for Higher Education (2019-2022).
