Regarding the above rates, they include the following services (free of charge):

  1. Free use of the fitness center with the constant supervision of an experienced trainer.
  2. Free use of the Thermal Spa Suite, which includes 4 Experience Showers,
    Caldarium (40-45c), Bio Sauna (60-100c), Aroma Steam Bath, Ice Fountain, and Kneipp baths.
  3. Provision of a locker in the changing rooms along with a bathrobe, slippers, and a towel.

Bank charges must be paid by the participants, in addition to the total amount. Please indicate your name, surname, and CTLC2023 as references on your payment so that we can identify you for confirmation.


Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process. Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your application. The final invoice will be issued on request, based on the details provided while registering. Any change of such details (address, VAT number, etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the registering date and is subject to the 20 EUR fee.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of participation must be notified by e-mail to

  • For cancellations received by 05/05/2023 – the full amount is refundable, reduced by the administrative fee of 10%.
  • For cancellations received after 05/05/2023 – No refund is possible.

However, the transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. Any modification should be communicated to the Conference Secretariat at

All refunds are processed after the Conference and within a period of six weeks.

Refunds to credit card payments may only be credited back to the original credit card used upon payment; refunding to an alternate card is not possible.

In case of event cancelation for reasons of force majeure, paid fees are fully refunded.

If the CTL Conference 2023 is rescheduled to a new date, for whatever reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided to those who have already paid the fee but cannot attend the Conference at its newly scheduled time.

No-show Policy

Refunds will not be granted for no-shows (delegates who do not attend the Conference with no prior notice of cancellation). Delegates assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the CTL Conference 2023 hosts.

Liability Disclaimer

In the event of serious special or unforeseen circumstances or serious circumstances beyond its control, ARTION Conferences & Events shall be entitled to cancel or modify the dates of the event. You shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damage incurred as a consequence of such a cancellation or change.

All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.

ARTION Conferences & Events will not be liable for any theft or damage to property and/or persons caused on site during the Conference, by any factor whatever, unless there has been a fault, intent, or deliberate recklessness on the part of ARTION Conferences & Events.

ARTION Conferences & Events shall not be held responsible in the event of poisoning or food intoxication during the Event.

If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing for CTL Conference 2023 in Alexandroupolis, Greece please note that these companies are not authorized to represent the Conference in any way, nor do they have access to the officially contracted conference room blocks or rates. 

 Please be aware that an ever-increasing number of fraudulent companies are offering hotel rooms to congress attendees. Companies calling themselves Exhibition Housing Management and Convention Hotel Services have been contacting exhibitors and companies supporting CTL Conference 2023 in Alexandroupolis, Greece.

 How Does Hotel Fraud Work? 

 These groups promote attractive deals with local accommodation providers, but once payment has been received, the company disappears and can no longer be contacted by phone or email. Once the attendee contacts the hotel directly about their room, they realize the hotel has no record of them or their stay. Not only is their money gone, but they must also then scramble to find last-minute accommodation, which is rarely convenient to the venue.
